1. Reservations
1.1 Individual 'Call-In'
The hotel will start accepting bookings from individual guests within 48 hours of receipt of the client's signed agreement. Bookings shall be made via phone at +62 361 422999 or email at denpasarinfo@astonhotelsinternational.com and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number. In return, the hotel will issue a reservation confirmation number.
1.2 'Rooming List'
If the client wishes to book a certain number of rooms for the Group, a 'Rooming List' shall be submitted to the provider 14 days before the first guest arrival, stipulating the exact number of rooms, guest names, and room types. A 50% deposit payment of the total estimated cost resulting from the Rooming List is due on the same day as the Rooming List. Failure to fulfill the deposit payment will result in the immediate cancellation of the bookings in question.
2. Individual Cancellations
In the case of an 'Individual Call-In' group (see point 1.1, 'Reservations/Individual Call-In'), an individual cancellation must be received from the guest by the hotel via phone or email no later than 6 pm local time one day prior to arrival in order to avoid a late cancellation fee equivalent to the first-night room rate inclusive of service charge and tax. In the event that the number of individual cancellations exceeds the number stipulated under point 3, 'Attrition,' the client is responsible for compensating the hotel for the difference. The hotel will issue a cancellation number for each cancellation, which serves as proof in the case of a dispute.
3. No-Show
A No-Show occurs when a guest does not arrive at the hotel despite existing reservation(s), in which instance, No-Show fees are equivalent to the first night room rate plus tax and service charge applied to each reserved no-showed room booking. In the unlikely event that a confirmed group no-shows as a whole, the client is responsible for 100% of all charges.
4. Payment
Payment needs to be made to the hotel's bank account as outlined below. Exceptionally, the hotel can accept payment in cash, which can only be made to the hotel's designated General Cashier, and payment via credit card. Under no circumstances will the hotel accept payment from any other hotel staff other than the General Cashier.

Following the bank transfer, the client is required to email a copy of the transfer receipt to the hotel. Payments made to anywhere or anyone else except this bank account will not be accepted as proof of payment.
The client's failure to make any payments may lead to the immediate termination of this agreement, with no obligations from the hotel or provider whatsoever.
5. Arrival and Departure
Check-in starts at 2 p.m. Deviations for up to ten (10) rooms shall be communicated to the hotel with a 72-hour notice. Any deviations for more than ten (10) rooms shall be communicated to the hotel with a 14-day notice. Acceptance by the hotel is subject to availability and additional charges.
Check-out is by 12 noon. Late departures are subject to availability and an additional charge of 50 % until 6 p.m. and 100 % thereafter. Departures that occur prior to the confirmed departure are subject to a full charge according to the original departure date.
6. Child and Extra bed policy
Extra beds are available at IDR 350,000 net per night per person, including breakfast for one (1). Children below six (6) years of age enjoy complimentary breakfast, while those six (6) to twelve (12) years of age receive a 50% discount.

Pick and drop services are available on request at IDR 350.000 net/Car/Way
