20) Will I receive my registration materials in the mail?
No. Materials are available for pick-up from 08:00 on 6–7 August 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. On request, we can courier materials within one week after the conference.
21) Can I register for a day only?
No day passes are available. You may attend for one day, but the full registration fee applies.
22) I cannot attend the conference. Can I send a colleague in my place?
Yes. Substitutions are allowed with written authorization from the original registrant. Please email us at least 48 hours before the conference at admin@gcbss.org ,
or bring a signed letter to the on-site registration counter along with a completed registration form for the substitute.
23) If I'm unable to attend, how do I cancel my registration?
Up to 45 days before the conference: cancel in writing and receive a full fee credit voucher.
Up to 25 days before the conference: a credit voucher for 50% of the registration fee.
Less than 25 days before the event: no refunds or credits.
No liability is assumed by the Global Conference on Business and Social Science for changes in program, date, content, speakers, or venue. Please email admin@gcbss.org
24) I'm employed and also a student. Can I pay the student rate?
No. Only full-time students are eligible for the student rate, with a valid student ID and a letter from the Faculty Dean.
25) Can the lead author request an additional certificate for a co-author?
Yes. Additional co-author certificates are USD 100 each.
