1) What are the official dates of the 18th GCBSS 2026?
The official conference dates are 6–7 August 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. Please check the Conference Program page for the most up-to-date schedule.
2) I am an international attendee. How do I obtain a formal invitation letter for my visa application?
Please complete the online registration first. After you receive your confirmation email, send a message to register@gatrenterprise.com
or admin@gcbss.org

3) Can I get an itemized receipt to submit to my accounting department?
Yes. Please contact the 18th GCBSS Conference Committee at +603 2117 5006 or admin@gcbss.org.
4) Should I stay at the conference hotel?
It's recommended for convenience, but not required. You are free to use any accommodation booking platform.
5) What technical equipment is provided for paper presentations?
A laptop computer and an LCD projector will be provided.
6) Can I deduct bank transfer fees from the registration fee?
No. You must pay any bank transfer fees yourself; do not deduct them from the registration fee.
7) What is the length of an oral paper presentation?
Two types of parallel presentations:
Abstract-based: 10–12 minutes, including Q&A.
Full paper: 15–20 minutes, including Q&A.
8) Is there a poster presentation session?
Yes. Poster papers are included in the poster sessions and in the special issue publication (subject to merit). Please provide your poster at least one week before the conference dates.
9) Is there an e-session/virtual presentation option?
Yes. International and national authors may present virtually (via Zoom). Virtual presentations are also eligible for consideration in the special journal issue if they meet the required standards.
10) Do you arrange accommodation and travelling services for the conference participants?
No. Delegates should arrange their own accommodation and travel. For guidance, please see the Accommodation page.
11) Can you arrange a conference tour or sightseeing after the event?
No.
12) Can you sponsor my visit to Bangkok or provide financial assistance?
No. We do not offer financial assistance. The registration fee is designed to be economical, and journal publication fees are sponsored by GATR.
13) Will photos/videos be taken during the conference?
Yes. GCBSS takes photographs and videos during meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials (print and electronic), including the GATR and conference websites. By participating, you grant the GCBSS Committee the right to use your name and image for such purposes.

15) When is on-site registration open?
On-site registration opens at 08:00 on 6–7 August 2026 in the hotel lobby.
