26) I submitted only an abstract. When should I submit the full paper? Can I change the author names or paper title?
Submit the full paper before the stated deadline. Changes to author names or title may be made with Organizing Committee approval before the final manuscript is published. Inquiries: admin@gcbss.org.

28) Can I submit the same paper to another conference at the same time?
No. Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
29) Is there a page-length limit for conference/journal papers?
Yes. Limits vary by publisher. We advise preparing full papers of up to 8 pages (including references and figures).
30) What if my paper exceeds 8 pages?
If your paper exceeds 8 pages, an additional page fee of USD 25 applies for each page beyond 8.
31) What format is required for submission?
Abstracts/full papers must be in DOC/DOCX. Please submit via the online registration form; you may also email submissions to submission@gcbss.org.
32) How many authors are allowed per manuscript?
If there are more than two authors, an additional fee of USD 50 per additional author applies.
33) What are the criteria for selecting conference papers for journal publication?
Papers are evaluated for quality, originality, and relevance. Accepted full papers will be published in the regular or special issues of the associated journals.
34) Where are the conference proceedings/journal articles indexed?
Associated journals are indexed in Web of Science (Clarivate) and Scopus (Elsevier). For details, please see

35) Is a print journal copy available?
Some journals offer a print copy at USD 25 per copy. Authors are typically contacted once publication is finalized. Queries:

36) Is there an authorship fee for Scopus publications?
Yes. The corresponding author and the second author pay the regular conference fee. Each additional author pays no authorship fee.
37) Is there an authorship fee for non-Scopus publications?
No authorship fee beyond the regular conference fee. However, if there are more than two authors, an additional USD 50 per extra author applies.
38) What is the procedure for including or excluding a journal from the GCBSS Conference Series?
Journals recommended by GATR management, with the consent of the Editor, may be added to or removed from the associated journal list. The typical approval time is about 3 months. For inquiries, email
