The SDGs cover three different ways to put them into action, which are called Means of Implementation (MoIs) for gender equality; ensuring equitable access to resources (5.A), leveraging technology for women's empowerment (5.B), and formulating enforceable policies to advance gender parity in leadership (5.C). However, this goal is far from the only one that seeks to reduce gender inequality in politics and empower girls and women. The fact that these issues would positively impact some SDGs is obvious, its influence extends across all SDGs. As stated in the 2030 Agenda Declaration emphasize that achieving gender equality in politics and empowering women and girls would be a crucial step towards progressing all the goals and objectives. It goes on to say that "the systematic mainstreaming of a gender perspective in the implementation of the Agenda" is "crucial" (UNGA, 2015, para.002). Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of future endeavors is of the utmost importance, as is expanding our understanding of the interdependencies among the SDGs in the decade leading up to the 2030 Agenda's expiration. In order to make educated decisions that will lead to the fulfilment of SDG 5, it is crucial to comprehend the interconnections and mutual benefits of the SDGs and their individual goals.
