ABSTRACT

Despite several global endeavors, the implementation of inclusive education for Special Educational Needs (SEN) children remains a complex and persistent challenge for Mauritius. One strategy opted by Occupational Therapists (OTs) for SEN integration in the education system is through effective Knowledge Transfer between the OTs and the SEN children. This study aims at assessing the effectiveness of 30 knowledge transfer tools used by OTs with SEN children with objectives to evaluate the effectiveness of the KT tools categorized as devices, image-based and play and to determine the most effective KT tools used.
