ABSTRACT


Under the wave of knowledge economy and information technology, the process of enterprise technological innovation has gradually accelerated, and the importance of knowledge and information technology for enterprise innovation is further highlighted. As the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship activities and high-quality economic development, information technology enterprises have played an important role in promoting China's overall economic development and scientific and technological progress. However, due to the intensification of international trade disputes, the continuous instability of the world political pattern and the ups and downs of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the market competition environment faced by information technology enterprises is becoming increasingly complex, and the dynamic nature of this environment highlights the new disadvantages and resource disadvantages of information technology enterprises, which seriously affects the innovation performance of enterprises. This study aimed to assess the influence of Corporate Executive Team Behaviour to the innovative performance of technology companies in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China.
