Objective With the increase of the art community, the issue of brush washing is receiving increasing attention, leading to new changes in users' demands for brush-washing devices. This study addresses the problem of brush washing and the drawbacks of existing brush washing technologies on the market. Method Firstly, user experience evaluation data for online use will be collected, and the technical drawbacks and user demand tendencies of existing brush washers will be identified. Secondly, a KANO model questionnaire was used to conduct a sampling survey on target users, and based on the data, user demand indicators were discovered to clarify the direction of product functional design. Results It is guided by TRIZ theory and seeks technological improvement and conflict resolution. Then, design a brush-cleaning device that meets user needs. Conclusion The design features automation, high efficiency, and sustainability, breaking through the limitations of traditional washing devices and providing new ideas for future brush-washing devices.
