Basic education in Thailand grapples with challenges amid uncertain shifts, necessitating the provision of quality education to students in adherence to standards, fostering their role as resilient citizens. In navigating this uncertain terrain, school administrators confront numerous risks. It is imperative that educational institution administrators focus on their own development as well as that of teachers and educational personnel, cultivating expertise in educational organization aligned with the trajectory of national development. To enhance the efficiency of managing educational institutions amidst contemporary diversity, educational institution administrators hold considerable influence in guiding teachers towards adapting learning methodologies and nurturing students into prospective human assets, thus contributing to elevating the nation's competitive standing (Leithwood, Harris et al., 2019). Consequently, administrators must augment their proficiency in management, leadership, and identifying opportunities to deliver diversified education, thereby staying abreast of rapid changes However, being an entrepreneur goes beyond mere recognition; it involves active development, nurturing, and cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit, which necessitates making decisions under uncertain circumstances, leading to limited entrepreneurial decision-making. Consequently, thinking like an entrepreneur presents a formidable challenge amidst a competitive environment characterized by continuous change. (Kanyarat Theerathanachaikul, 2019) Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the exploratory elements of entrepreneurial competencies among elementary school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Thailand. Through the utilization of exploratory factor analysis (EFA), this research endeavors to unveil the constituent elements and indicators that can serve as the foundation for formulating guidelines aimed at enhancing executive development.
