ABSTRACT


This research is a mixed methods research with exploratory sequential design with the objectives 1) to study the elements and indicators of hybrid organizational culture. of secondary school Under the secondary educational service area office of Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu 2) to check the consistency and harmony of the hybrid organizational culture indicator model. of secondary school Under the secondary educational service area office of Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu, with empirical data. Start with qualitative research It is a research of documents from textbooks. Academic articles Documents and related research, totaling 20 sources, content Analysis using inductive reasoning, examined elements and indicators using a checklist and open-ended assessments. From 3 experts, content analysis was done and presented in table form. Next is quantitative research. To obtain a confirmative factor analysis (CFA), check for consistency with empirical data. Sample groups include: Administrators and teachers, a total of 330 people, were obtained using a two-stage cluster sampling. The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity. Between 0.60 -1.00, the entire reliability value is equal to 0.97. Descriptive statistics were analyzed and reference statistics were analyzed with the SPSS program for basic statistical analysis and confirmatory factor analysis with the M-plus program. Data analysis results can be presented.
