ABSTRACT


Risk management in education it is extremely important to reduce the causes of each opportunity for school to be at risk to provide a level of risk and the size of the risk that will occur in the future is at a level that is acceptable to the educational institution, can be assessed, can be controlled, and can be systematically inspected. Especially in the educational quality assurance system, there is still hope for service recipients in the education system that it will be able to guarantee and demonstrate clearly the quality of educational provision that meets quality standards and frameworks. Indicators of educational quality assurance in terms of student quality management and teaching and learning that focuses on students as important. The objective of this research is to develop a risk management mechanism for educational quality assurance in basic education schools. The risk management mechanism for educational quality assurance that will be a product of this research will be beneficial to the Office of Educational Standards and Quality Assessment. (Public Organization), Office of the Basic Education Commission, Educational Service Area Office, and especially basic school in using it to set policy and guidelines for risk management in educational quality assurance in order to effectively develop educational quality.
