A Confirmatory Factor Analysis of the Agile Mindset of Educational Institution Administrators under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 5

ABSTRACT


The objective of this study was to examine the components of The Agile Mindset Of Educational Institution Administrators Under The Office Of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 5. The sample included 340 participants, consisting of administrators and teachers selected through a multi-stage random sampling. Using criteria for determining sample size as a function of the number of parameters or variables in factor analysis (Hair et al, 2010). A 5-level rating scale questionnaire was employed as the research instrument, demonstrating a high reliability value of 0.794. Descriptive statistics, including mean (x̅) and standard deviation (S.D.), were utilized. Inferential statistics were assessed using Bartlett's Test of Sphericity, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The research outcomes revealed that of The Agile Mindset Of Educational Institution Administrators comprises four primary components and thirteen sub-components, which are: 1) Collaboration, consisting of two sub-components, 2) Adjustment, with four sub-components, 3) Communication, with four sub-components and 4) Self-Respect, with three sub-components. The model used to measure The Agile Mindset Of Educational Institution Administrators Under The Office Of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 5. Demonstrated alignment with the empirical data, as evidenced by the statistical values: Chi-square = 58.986, degree of freedom = 44, P-Value = 0.0649, RMSEA = 0.035, SRMR = 0.021, CFI = 0.996 and TLI = 0.992.
