ABSTRACT


This research aims to study the components and indicators of innovative learning organizations for secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office Khon Kaen and to check the consistency of the innovative learning organization indicator model for secondary schools under the Khon Kaen secondary educational service area office with empirical data It is survey research. Tools used to collect data It is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity (IOC) between 0.50-1.00 and overall reliability of 0.94. Study from a sample group of administrators and teachers under the Khon Kaen secondary educational service area office, there were 340 administrators and teachers by samples were determined in proportion to the parameters of Hair. Multistage random sampling was used. Basic statistics and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics program and M-Plus Editor.
