Many organizations run their business processes depend on the individuals within the organization rather than the system. Problems occur when an individual is absent and then hampers the performance of other individuals, for example the sales and finance division which depends on the administrative and warehouse divisions. The difficulty in serving many customers with a wide variety of products, as well as the mismatch of data and stock reports compared to the system is also a problem in the company. This study is aimed to find the effect of the application of the E-Commerce system, Distribution Management System (DMS), and Warehouse Management system on improving the performance of human resources in Marine Asia Pasifik Company.
